POPCORN is developing a novel Device Aware Testing (DAT) platform that addresses the unique fault mechanisms in emerging memory technologies such as ReRAM and STT-MRAM.
Funded by the European Innovation Council, the project builds on research from the CONVOLVE project and aims to bring the DAT platform to TRL6 by validating it in an industrial setting.
